The P90X supplement plan

The P90X supplements plan is thirteen week plan. It is designed to the people who want to lose weights and build muscles. This supplement plan is includes with work out program. The recommend food are  eggs, cheese, low fat milk, pea nut, fresh fruits and vegetables, butter, soy nuts, protein, dried fruit, and mustard. The people who want lose weights and build muscles have to follow the recommend foods in the routine life. The work out program also contains the sample diet plan. For the benefit of people the P90X has a sample diet plan to follow.

In the phase one the diet helps to kick start weight loss. In this phase carbohydrates has to be eliminated and the protein has to be taken more. It helps to build muscles and to burn fat. In the phase two you have to add complex carbohydrates to train hard in the work out. The carbohydrates like wheat, pasta, oat meal wheat bread. You can also fit in to this unless it is working for you. After this phase you can move in to third phase.

The person who wants to lose their weight and build muscles has to follow the diet plan which is given in the program. They can also follow the meal plan or the portion plan. The meal plan has the menus and recipes. The portion plan says about the servings you have to take.  You should also pick up the P90x equipment you need, before getting started.
