Several years ago we took a family vacation to Outer Banks National Seashore in North Carolina. The resort we stayed in had plenty of decks with ocean views. All of the decks were finished with deck caps. I really like this architectural feature. I decided on copper post caps for my deck at my house. My deck needed work. Some of the boards and posts were rotten and needed to be replaced. When the renovations were complete, I added the copper post caps. Copper matches well with my brick ranch home. I also like the way copper ages.
